Python installation, simple crawler development environment started

1.python-3.6.1.exe
1) Select Add to path and for all user when installing
2) Installation of 32 bits is for the sake of compatibility with more development libraries

2. Verification
1) cmd python
2) from urllib.request import urlopen no error stating installation success

3. Installing BEAUTIFULSOUP4
Cmd:pip Install BEAUTIFULSOUP4
If the quote [Winerror 5] denies access, try to open cmd as the administrator runs
Verify the installation is successful without error
Under Python command line input: from BS4 import BeautifulSoup
　　
4. Install the Python compiler Pycharm (Community edition)
Example:
