Python Time processing datetime instances

There are many chapters in the Python Cook book that describe the use of a library or implement complex functions by combining multiple functions. I'm going to skip through the previous section for file processing, go directly to the section on time operations.

At the same time, DateTime is also a simple introduction. Because there are a lot of things to use on their own, to check the help is most effective.
