Qt4 from entry to entry

For such a long period of time in embedded development, on the one hand, it was because of the previous company's reasons, on the other hand, it was because of its own reasons, as well as the reasons for its own products. It has always been less demanding on GUI interfaces, therefore, qtopia and qt2.x embedded QT versions have always been around. The classes and methods used are outdated and cannot be well supported by multiple threads. I have bought the "qt4 from entry to proficiency" and have been lying on the table, so I seldom read it. I think for programmers, writing a program does not require books at all, and all the demos and Google provided by the SDK are enough.

Maybe now QT should be a little unfamiliar to me. From SDK to IDE, qtopia and qt2.x in the past are still a little unfeasible.

I will program Linux C, including Linux network programming, and I have been studying the Linux kernel for a long time. In my spare time, I will eat snacks and sit in front of my computer, or find a clean place, the chapters I like about the Linux kernel are like reading movies or novels that I like. For a long time, I have been eager to develop the underlying Linux, But I suddenly find that I have misunderstood the meaning of "underlying Linux development. Does the write driver calculate the underlying layer? Is a server-level Linux Network Program counted as the underlying layer? Does QT calculate the underlying layer?

Currently, meego has been committed to researching meego. For now, meego is not developed at all, and most of them are translated and researched for documents on the meego official website. Meego is based on Linux. Isn't meego's middleware development considered as the underlying layer? I also read a lot of middleware code from meego. They also provide services for upper-layer applications, such as WiFi and network connections. The upper-layer application is QT.

According to my own plans and definitions, what I am doing is irrelevant to the Linux underlying layer. What I am doing now is the meego QT app. So how can I locate myself? How can we locate our technical direction and hierarchy? I am neither a Linux driver nor a Linux server network, but a Linux-based UI app, which may involve the network. Now I picked up qt4 again and started the system learning.

So how can a programmer locate his own technology and its own technology levels? I have never been able to understand.
