Many times, the use of quotes in Word2007 documents is very irregular, all corners and half corners are haphazard, even with the "replace" command, which can only be uniformly replaced with left or right quotes, and sometimes even full-width quotes in the document become half-width, but if you simply rely on manual modification, the workload is too great.
Step 1th: Click the Microsoft Office button in the upper-left corner, select Word Options, switch to the Proofing tab, click the AutoCorrect Options button on the right, and then switch to the AutoFormat tab in the Open dialog box, as shown in Figure 1, where you can clear the Replace the straight quotes with the curly quotes check box, and then click the OK button.
Step 2nd: Press the "CTRL+H" key combination to open the Find and Replace → Replace dialog box, click the "More" button to switch to advanced replacement mode, and check the "Use wildcards" checkbox. In the Find What box, type "(*)", "Replace with", type "1", and click the Replace All button.
Step 3rd: After you complete the substitution steps above, all the straight quotes in the Word2007 document have become double quotes, but these double quotes are an English font called "Times New Roman", now just select the full text and then set it to "Arial".
