RabbitMQ installation problem resolution in Windows

First, the problem description

The following problem description appears after installation

Second, the solution
Run RabbitMQ sbin command prompt as administrator.

• Run "Rabbitmq-service Remove"
• Run "Rabbitmq-service Install"

Then
Run "net start Rabbitmq" to start of the service after removing and reinstalling it.
