It was a typical experience story, which is different from books like pattern, those biased theories are described more. The analogy may be similar to "code Daquan" or "negative tive", but the concerns are more macro and no longer specific skills or methods.

Some people say that software engineering is one of the disciplines that do not have any engineering concepts. While Gantt charts, optimal paths, and other tools and methods are widely used in the construction industry, how many PM do we really plan, allocate resources, and coordinate projects? In fact, PM is a very challenging job, especially in the software industry.
