Realization of Win8 diskless refresh and reset system

This method can be refreshed and reset directly from the system environment and the RE environment without the need to install the media. Windows and Office remain active, where the new refresh retains the document and the application, and the reset does not. The Customrefresh.wim file contains system, system updates, desktop software, personal accounts, and most system settings, and does not contain documentation and applications.　　Execute command recimg/createimage C: You can make incremental backups. Using the shortcut key win+x, press the A key to open the command prompt (administrator) to allow execution.

Enter Recimg/createimage C:, carriage return executes the command.

When the execution is complete, the image c:customrefresh.wim.

To reset the system, you can place the WINDOWS8 installation disk or ISO sourcesinstall.wim files in a non-root directory (such as E:wim) in a non-system partition (such as E:).

Then execute Reagentc/setreimage/path e:wim/index "1" and execute recimg/setcurrent C: To restore the refresh registration that was destroyed by the previous command.

Mouse to get WINDOWS8 system right below, click "Set/Change computer Settings/General" from the menu in turn.

Refresh Click "Start/Next/restore" under "restore your computer without affecting your files".

Reset then tap Start/Next/Initialize under remove all content and reinstall Windows.

Both can be performed in the recovery environment after clicking "Restart Now" under "Advanced Startup".

Attention matters

Recimg/createimage C: You cannot press the ESC key or close the command prompt during execution.

If you make a reset feature, the Reagentc/setreimage/path e:wim/index "1" and recimg/setcurrent C: commands must be executed in a sequential order.

If you rename the Customrefresh.wim to Install.wim to reset the system, you can achieve a refresh effect, but you will lose all applications.
