Really want to be a normal university teacher

The simplest wish of a college is to be an ordinary teacher, preaching, teaching, and confusing. the satisfaction I have received in this process, at least for the moment, I still feel quite tempting, I am a very agile, but meticulous-thinking person. I always think that I am a more suitable person to sit down and learn and do some technical research. I just lack a real opportunity, I think back to the time when I worked at CDC, although I was tired, I was so full and passionate every day. I think it should be the nature of being a teacher, I am immersed in telling my colleagues some experiences and implementations throughout the day. In contrast, the current technical management work has always made me feel boring. It seems that all the efforts have been like nothing, after working in school for so many years, I know that some things cannot be changed. Life is helpless everywhere. There are always various responsibilities and various reasons. I finally gave up my CDC job and went back to school.

 

But in any case, I am a person who is not easy to stop, not a person who is easy to give up. If there is no growth for a period of time, my heart will feel hairy. Whenever I have time, I will continue to learn and get satisfied with my knowledge. I always think that the basics are very important. Therefore, over the past year, I have reviewed the university courses on algorithm design, data structure, operating systems, and compilation principles. These courses are exactly the basic courses for many schools to answer questions, instead of preparing more for the exam, I calmed down and understood some things in a down-to-earth manner. In retrospect, many things were quite confused when I went back to college, even if I got a high score, I didn't really understand it. But now, even if I couldn't get a high score, I can't remember many things, but I think I really understand it, I also hope that I can teach these courses and tell students how to really understand these things. But now I can't do anything.

When I was studying, I wanted to find some opportunities to practice it. Coincidentally, I met Xiao Yu, a German student from MOOC, on the Internet, I hope to complete his practical courses with me. I readily promise that I have completed the design and implementation of the two algorithms with him by taking full advantage of the evening and holidays, basically, based on the ideas provided by his boss, we completed the algorithm design together and finally it was completely implemented by me. The two practical courses were successfully completed at the end of the course. I am very grateful to Xiao Yu and have gained great satisfaction, at the same time, we fully understand the German rigor and the gap between China and Germany in practical education.
