There are a lot of solutions on the Internet, but they don't apply to the situation I met this afternoon.

Environment: HBase-0.90.3 under Debian 6, the client is on Windows. I use the previous HBase server is no problem, but re-decompression and configuration after the problem. After the client code tries to connect 10 times, the org.apache.hadoop.hbase.masternotrunningexception:localhost:[port]**** error is reported, and later Copy the zookeeper-3.3.3 to the new server, run it first, then close, then start HBase, and then connect remotely ... and I think it should be hbase. In the first boot case, the zookeeper does not start correctly, resulting in the correct file generation.
