PHP.ini path in Ubuntu is not the same as other Linux, the path is:/etc/php5/apache2/php.ini

Find max_execution_time = 600; The maximum time value (in seconds) for each PHP page to run, default 30 seconds.
Max_input_time = 600; The maximum time required for each PHP page to receive data, default 60 seconds.
Memory_limit = 8M; The maximum memory eaten by each PHP page, the default 8M.
Finally, pay attention to restarting Apache:
