Scale content in Word 2010 documents to fit A4 or 8.5*11 paper size

When you print a document in Word 2010, when you use a printer that does not support the type of paper that is specified in Word Page setup, you can set up a paper that automatically uses A4 or 8.5*11 size, as described in the following steps:

Step 1th, open the Word 2010 document window, click the file → options command, and so on, as shown in Figure 2011122003.

Step 2nd, open the Word Options dialog box and switch to the Advanced tab. In the print area, select the scale content to fit the A4 or 8.5*11 paper size check box, and click OK, as shown in Figure 2011122004.
