Share folders on remote Linux pc to your local Windows pc

With Samba on Linux PC already installed

On Linux PC:

1. VI /etc/samba/smb.conf

Add the following text in the end, NOTE, there is SPACEs before those options.

[192.168.0.27.home]
          comment = Linux Server 192.168.0.27 home
         path =/home/xxxxx/
         writeable = yes
Span style= "color: #339966;" >;       browseable = yes
          Create mask = 0777
          Directory mask = 0777
          Guest OK = yes
          force user = xxxxx

2. Restart Services

Service SMBD Restart

Service NMBD Restart

3. on Windows PC

\\192.168.0.27 to access that Linux PC

Done.
