　　Manually Synchronize Inventory

1, from the main menu select "Inventory Management"-> "Manual Sync Inventory", as shown in the following figure

2 Choose to sync products and shops, click on the toolbar "Start Sync" button, as shown in the following figure:

① first choose to sync products, if you want to select all, click on the list above the "Select All" button

② choose to sync to the shop, you can select multiple

③ Click on the "Start Sync" button, the system prompts "in sync ...", and then you can view the synchronization results.

After synchronization is complete, you can synchronize the results of each store, and if you are prompted to fail, there are two main scenarios:

① failure: Encoding mismatch, indicating that the local product "code" and the store in the treasure "business code" is not the same, please check whether they are the same, case-sensitive, attention to full-width and half-width symbols

② failure: Specification mismatch, description of local product specification attribute name and store baby's sales attribute name is not the same, please check whether they are the same, case-sensitive, note the full-width and half-width symbols

4, set the virtual base, the virtual base is mainly to let Taobao inventory and local real inventory is not the same, the specific set up methods:

Click "Set global virtual Base", pop-up dialog box to fill in the total number of virtual baby

Here set the virtual base is 10, if the local inventory is actually 0 pieces, then the synchronization to Taobao will become 0+10=10 pieces; So even if the actual inventory has been out of stock, the baby on the shop because there is a virtual baby, so will not be the shelf.

　　Auto Sync Inventory

Automatic synchronization inventory and manual synchronization inventory are completely different, manual synchronization is full volume synchronization, and automatic synchronization is incremental synchronization, the main role is as follows:

1 to achieve the inventory linkage between the stores, such as a store sold 1 pieces of treasure, and other stores also reduce one piece;

2 when purchasing products, will automatically give Taobao replenishment;

3 The Entity shop after the sale, will automatically deduct Taobao inventory;

Note: Local inventory is not automatically reduced, must have a library list before it will be reduced, do not think that the automatic synchronization, will automatically reduce inventory, this is not true; because the Silver Fox thinks that inventory management is a rigorous thing, all out of the list is to be true when the library can be created, if the creation of orders on the production of a library list, Inevitably leads to inventory disruption.

Automatic synchronization is opened as follows:
