Requirements: There is a need to transfer files across different platforms, using remote Tools to log on to the Linux server.

Prerequisites: Log on to a remote Linux server using Remote Tools XSHELL/SECURECRT ( temporarily not supported Putty)

installation: Yum install-y Lrzsz

Use:

    • The files in Windows are passed to Linux:rz + Enter

      • The files passed by RZ are saved by default in the current directory of the Linux system, and can also be changed to store directories


    • Files within Linux are passed to Windows:sz + file[s]+ Enter

      • Can only pass files, cannot pass entire directory
