For various reasons, the team has no movements in recent weeks. I had to change jobs after listening to jazze, so I gave time to handle these tasks. Sam is a little busy. It has been nearly two years since I decided to create the buffer application for the first time. In the past one and a half years, I had been busy with the previous startup project. At that time, I began to find some patterns that could affect your life during the startup process.

As far as I am concerned, I found that there are a few very good habits that keep me happy. And every time I feel depressed, these habits are a panacea that allows me to quickly restore my previous levels of happiness. The following are my 6 persistent habits:
1. Get up early
One of my favorite things about running a startup company is that I can try to change my daily routine.
Through experiments, I found that getting up early every day can make me feel energetic and happy. It can bring me a good day's start, which will almost lead to a good feeling for the rest of the day. After a while, I found that I was dependent on this feeling of "getting up early", which allowed me to make beautiful jobs and maintain a high degree of concentration. In the past three years, exercise has changed from an occasional task to a weekly task. At first, I didn't know what to do in the gym. I consulted my brother, who is a private trainer. Then I went with a good friend several times, and soon I became fascinated.
After a period of time, I developed a solid habit of daily exercise. If I do not exercise for a day, I will lose something. Sticking to exercise makes me energetic, better ability to cope with various challenges at work. Recently, I found that exercise is a good habit of infrastructure. It paves the way for other aspects of your growth. I also found that exercise can give me a better quality of sleep.

As I said before, the reason why I can get up at is that I have a habit of relaxing at night. I will go out for a walk at, along a road that I don't know how many times I 've walked. This is because I am familiar with this road. I walk every day without thinking about anything. This promotes the relaxation of thoughts.
While I was walking, various ideas entered my mind and stayed. I found this was a good phenomenon. Sometimes my mind is very interesting during the day. Sometimes I think that some changes should make me happier. After walking back, I felt very calm and relaxed. I went to bed and soon fell asleep. If you have just finished your work, close your notebook, and go to bed immediately, it will be difficult to sleep.
4. Help Others
Since the beginning of this year, I have found that you will be happier to help others. Some time ago, I often met some entrepreneurs who helped them solve their problems, but I didn't realize that this would make me happier. Until I read the maid:

I have read from this book the relationship between helping others and happiness and everything. Since then, I have been insisting on helping more entrepreneurs, from overcoming various difficult challenges in the process of helping them, to helping them find better ways to solve problems, this has brought me more happiness.
5. Learn New Technologies

During the development of the buffer application, I found the fact that I was happy most of the time. The key factor was that I was constantly discovering new challenges. It seems a bit incomprehensible to equate new challenges with happiness, but when I have been doing a job that I already know for weeks, I will find my happiness decreasing.
I think that learning new technologies can bring happiness in part because you need to concentrate on it so that you can learn it. The "stream" status has been proven to trigger happiness. In addition, by learning new knowledge, you can gain a lot of gains in steep learning curves in a short time. For example, I have been studying Android development in the last two weeks. I have learned a lot of incredible knowledge about this platform two weeks ago.
6. Prepare multiple ways to win
The above mentioned things all need to develop habits. I can do this most of the time. Every time I finish the above five points, I can have a wonderful day. I have a goal at work, and I also have a goal in my habits. I try to schedule one or two meetings every day or use skyke to help those who need help. I have said it in my blog before, but today I think it is necessary to repeat it:

If I am doing fitness in the morning, develop my buffer application during the day, and help two people at noon, then I have four chances to get a successful day. This is a very effective method.
