Solution for displaying Chinese Characters in jfreechart images as blocks in Linux

Two steps:

1. Copy the simsun. TTC file in the Windows/fonts path in Windows to java_home/JRE/lib/fonts/in Linux.

 

2. modify the code for generating images in the project:

Add the following code before chartutilities. savechartaspng (file, chart, width, height, Info); generates and saves the image:

Java. AWT. Font font = new java. AWT. Font ("", java. AWT. Font. Bold, 22 );
Chart. gettitle (). setfont (font); // Title
Font = new java. AWT. Font ("", java. AWT. Font. Plain, 16 );
Categoryaxis. setlabelfont (font); // font of the X axis name

Categoryaxis = categoryplot. getdomainaxis ();
