I thought for a moment, resource manager and so on are all c: \ windows \ assumer.exe, And the taskbar is also related to it, and the taskbar is normal, only when you attempt to open the resource manager, the taskbar and desktop will disappear, and then appear again, so this program should have no problem.
Considering that the resource manager has a certain relationship with IE, especially IE will be installed with some plug-ins in many small softles, I want to optimize windows by removing some self-starting programs like Windows startup, if you remove the add-ons of IE and resource manager, you will also receive the results. Therefore, right-click ie on the desktop and choose Internet Settings> Internet Properties> advanced> enable third-party browser plug-ins, remove the check box of this option. Although it indicates "restart required" after the option, it is ready for use if I do not restart it.
