SQLserver2008 Upgrade to 2008R2

To upgrade the sqlserver2008 to the R2 version, because of the work required. (Because the backup file that the database backs up from SQLSERVER2008R2 cannot be restored to the lower version of the database, and because the database is too large, you do not want to generate the script and then export the data)

This issue occurs because the "Microsoft SQL Server LocalDB" service is automatically installed when you install Visual Studio 2008, resulting in the SQL Server VS2012 SSMS The management tool is not working properly, so we just need to go to the console and remove the service to get back to normal.

Principle:

This problem also occurs when you install SQL Server 2012 on your computer, you deactivate the lower version of the Administration tool, which is also true if your computer originally had SQL Server 2008 installed in SSMS.
