Solution:

Turn off zookeeper and Supervisor,nimbus,ui for all nodes first

1. Delete the contents of the corresponding Storm.localdir within the Storm.yaml in all nodes

2. Delete the Zookeeper configuration file

Datadir=/home/storm/zkdata
Datalogdir=/home/storm/zklogs

Everything under the directory, and then reboot
