How to Use SUBST
SUBST syntax format: SUBST [drive letter] [path]
Example: subst w: C: \ workdir
Note that if the path contains spaces, SUBST uses the string after the space as the parameter. The solution is to enclose the path with quotation marks.
Example: subst w: "c: \ workdir TMP"
Since we have added the disk ing, SUBST also provides this function when we always need to delete the ing.
The syntax for deleting a ing is SUBST [drive letter]/d.
If we want to delete the W: \ disk ing added in the previous step, we can: subst w:/d.
