Workaround:

To build the Pre-revprop-change hook under the Hooks folder of the repository on the server, simply deal with
it: If the server is a Windows system, add a pre-revprop-change.bat empty file;
If it's a Linux server, then empty the contents of the Pre-revprop-change.tmpl hook.
