The main task of demand analysis is to derive the logical model of the target system with the logical model of the current system, the flow is as follows:

1. Determine the overall requirements for the system (function, performance, operation, expansion requirements)

2. Product Requirements Documentation (PRD)

3. Analyzing the data requirements of the system (conceptual model, data dictionary, normalization)

5. Develop prototype system

6. Preparation of software Requirements Specification (SRS) from PRD extraction
