There is also an article on CSDN that describes how to use GitHub managed code: Two minutes to learn the managed code on GitHub. I tried this tutorial, and found that the code was not hosted, but created a repository for the code (repository, the translation might be inappropriate, and everyone understood).
Then I had to find myself and finally found a very convenient (really convenient) managed code method, here to share.
Code Hosting
1. Start by registering a GitHub account: github.com.
2. Download GitHub mac Client: http://mac.github.com (Windows client: http://windows.github.com, I only introduce the Mac, win under not tried, but I think the method should be the same)
3. Open the Mac client and log in.
4. Click on the interface shown in the following client:
Follow the prompts to select the folder where you want to host the code.
5. After the selection is complete, the following interface appears:
Fill in the appropriate information, and then click the arrow refers to the button, the following interface appears:
The arrows refer to the description of your project and writing clearly helps you know what the program does. Click the Push respository button when complete.
OK, so your code will be hosted on GitHub, go to the website to see if there is a project for you.
Wait, not yet, don't you want to know how to commit the modified code?
Submit Code
First, return to the main interface from the client's current interface, and click on the button as shown in the arrow below:
You'll see a star and a thick arrow behind each item
The stars haven't figured out what to do (anyone who knows can tell me, thank you), click on the arrows, you can see the photo into the project's managed interface:
Arrow refers to the code I changed, select the code you need to submit, and then fill in the modified information, click Submit, you can.
Well, if you feel you don't need to know how to remove hosting, then this tutorial is over.
Remove Code Hosting
To log on to GitHub on the website, click on your username, as shown in the following image:
Then you can see the project you hosted on GitHub, click on the item you want to delete, and go to the following page:
Click Setting, find the location shown below, click Delete:
Will pop up a prompt, let you enter the need to delete the warehouse (repository) name, enter the correct, delete the button can click, then there is no then.
