The ability to tune an unruly office 2007 manuscript

I believe many friends have already used the Office 2007 of the manuscript function. Compared with the old version, the new edition of the manuscript features in the details of the treatment or the overall use of the habit, there have been no small improvement. However, in some places, we still found a new version of the manuscript "disobedient" situation. So today, we may as well together to train it, let our manuscript function to use more smoothly.

"Problem one", unable to modify the text size of the manuscript

I believe many friends have found this problem, that is, when we enter the manuscript editing mode, all the font size adjustment function is automatically invalidated. In other words, as long as the paper files made by Office 2007, you can only use the default 5th size text. Obviously, this is a problem for some friends who have special needs.

In fact, to "crack" Microsoft's hegemony, "monopoly" is not difficult. We just press the CTRL + a button to select all the text in the edit mode of the manuscript, then right click the mouse and execute the copy command. Next, a blank document is "new" through the circular button at the top left of the interface. Finally, paste the copied content into a new document and you'll be pleasantly surprised to find it. Today, we can also freely change the font size in the manuscript mode, as shown in Figure 1.

"Small hint" is commendable, through this method "processing" the paper document, not only will continue to maintain the original manuscript all the characteristics. Moreover, the modified text can be automatically displayed to the most suitable position according to its own size.

"Problem two", only the entire use of the manuscript

Unlike ordinary documents, a document cannot contain non-manuscript content in the manuscript mode. Of course, this is another unacceptable "fact". However, we still have a solution to it.

First, enter the Office 2007 of the manuscript mode, edit the required document format file, and save to the desktop.

Then, create a blank document and enter the rest of the non-paper content.

Finally, in the non-paper format file, use the "insert" tag → "object" button, will just save the manuscript paper file into the current document.

At this time, we have successfully achieved the non-manuscript format and manuscript format in the same document in the same purpose. At the same time, the contents of this manuscript can also be modified. As for the modified method, it is very simple, just double-click the paper with the mouse to the square, as shown in Figure 2.
