After several months of preparation, the selected software vendor was finally determined through the tender work. after the contract was signed, the formal investigation began.

First, I met with the Sourcing Department and the Information Department to discuss inventory and coding issues. Today I have communicated with Kingdee, but the encoding issue is still tricky, it is difficult to connect data to multiple distributed systems. It is preliminarily determined that this data connection is not required. If multiple sub-factories need to do so, each sub-factory needs to perform data docking separately, and it is very difficult to maintain the coding interconnection. If the Code Synchronization module is designed in real time, there will be many problems in the future, and the benefits will not be great for the main solution to the procurement problem. This interconnection problem can be considered after the financial system is centralized in the future.
