The/resetskippkgs command solves the problem, which is amazing. It is a command for VS2008 to restore the default settings. If VS encounters an exception, executing this command may solve the problem. I think this command is too useful. Otherwise, it is very likely to reinstall VS2008. Isn't it terrible.
