The difference between append and appendto and appendchild usage _jquery

Append () is preceded by the object to select, followed by the element content to be inserted inside the object
Appendto () is preceded by the content of the element to be inserted and the JQuery object, followed by the object to be selected

Instance:
$ (' #a '). Append (' content ');
$ (' <div>content</div> '). Appendto ($ (' #a '));

Note that appendto must be a jquery object before.

AppendChild (node) This method typically adds a node after the last child node of the specified element node

However, if node is a DOM object in the page, then it is either to add nodes or direct move nodes.
