Brainstorming is a xmind tool that we often use for meeting and project management, but I don't know if you have noticed the timer setting, although small, is a useful feature. This article teaches you how to use the timer in Xmind 6 brainstorming.
Open the Run Xmind 6 mind map and turn on brainstorming mode.
In the upper right corner of brainstorming mode there is such a timer setting icon.
When you click on the timer, the Timer Settings window will appear, you can set the timer time, a few hours a few minutes. Tick the tick below, with a ticking sound at the countdown, and the end of the timer will be a ringtone reminder.
After confirmation click Start, the countdown timer will appear in the lower right corner of the brainstorming mode interface, and the blue progress bar below indicates the progress of the timing.
Placing the mouse on the timer will appear timer settings, including the ticking cancel or not, pause/start, reset timer, turn off the timer.
You can click on the timer to drag the shift to where you want it, but it's important to note that once you exit brainstorming mode, the timer will terminate.
