The prompt "Installation failed!" is displayed when VirtualBox is installed in Win7! Error: the system cannot find the specified path"


Cause: Use the chinese user name to log on to Win7, or the specified installation directory contains Chinese characters.
Solution: Move VirtualBox to a directory in English only, for example, D: \. It is better to name the Installation Template in English, for example, 1.exe. Then click Start -- run, Enter cmd and press Enter. In the displayed window, enter:
D: \ 1.exe-extract www.2cto.com
After you press enter, the VirtualBox installation file will be decompressed to C: \ user \ login USERNAME \ AppData \ Local \ Temp \ VirtualBox, open this directory, the 32-bit system runs the msi file ending with x86, And the 64-bit system runs the msi file ending with amd64. Author hello3389
