- How to make a product? As a student, I don't need to think so much about it. I think this may be useful to everyone. I did one. bingyan didn't take a lot of time to do research. However, we can't always get stuck with one point, but don't get stuck.
- They launched three Android clients in half a year.
- Regarding copyright issues, we cannot completely close the Intranet like Zhejiang University. We need your help to enrich the intranet resources! Once the intranet resources are rich, students will stay and the traffic will be high. Copyright. According to my ideas, why do we need to consider this issue? Even Baidu has not solved the copyright issue. Should a student team consider it? Although one product in bingyan was closed. I mean, do not consider these questions first. If all the questions are taken into consideration, the daylily will be cold and the opportunity will not wait.
- Most of the products in bingyan are also dependent on one person. As for how a product can be handed over to the next person to take over, it relies on good code comments.

Technical aspects:
- Most of the sites in the past were. NET + winserver + IIS. However, under the guidance of the technical director of this generation, all the sites began to approach Linux + PHP. The 10 + servers are basically Linux, and most of the language choices are PHP or Python. In fact, language or anything doesn't matter. The product is the core. How to implement it doesn't matter what language it uses. In the end, the product is oriented to users.
- Bingyan does not have a dedicated O & M department. All the sites should be launched directly by the chief manager. It's easy to launch. Just run a script. The development process of bingyan is very simple. The version control tool is SVN. Every one of them puts their own code on the master branch of the server. After the development is complete, the script runs and goes online directly, which is very simple. We can also learn from it. In other words, it is not difficult to launch a product. We use git for version control. We can also use such a script. Of course, we have many other things, such as monitoring, email, and making a product easier, it is difficult to maintain a product! Some of us are still suffering from attacks. This is because we are using external products and independently developed, so that vulnerabilities will not be easily discovered.
- Not all of them are cool people. Most of the new recruits are second-class students with no foundation. However, high-intensity learning allows them to grow rapidly, so that quick Bi can get started in one semester. They will have an internal technical exchange every two weeks.
