--RPM installation Package--

The full RPM name is Red Hat Package manager.

Syntax format: RPM < options > < package name >

Option:-I installs the package.

-t test installation, not really installed

-F Ignore any errors

-V Displays the RMP version currently in use;

-H Displays the installation progress bar with the hash character "#";

-U upgrade to older versions

-E Remove Software

Example: #rpm-IVH jdk-7u79-linux-i586.rpm
