Morning: Huangshan maofeng or Longjing
The first thing to do in the morning is to make tea. Since the beginning of winter, every night, the time for getting up in the morning of the next day is calculated almost every minute, and then the alarm is adjusted. The alarm was set early several times.15Minutes, but the next day the alarm only woke up my fingers: I never got up at the last moment. In my heart, it seems that if I didn't take full advantage of the morning's time to go to bed, my work would be affected (naturally, this is just the reason for my laziness, as the hedonistic people always do ). Entering the office means that at the beginning of my day's work, a cup of fragrant Longjing or Mao Feng in Huangshan drive my sleep and let me enter my work in full spirits, my mind can be agile for a long time and I spent the whole morning working very efficiently.
Afternoon: Chrysanthemum Tea+Wolfberry
For the past few months, lunch has been held in a small restaurant outside for "big round tables" with colleagues ". Not only is it better than the previous lunch box, but it also has a lot of nutrition: at least ten fried dishes can be eaten every day, and a bowl of nutritious soup. I just don't have the old fruit. I need to go home at night and make up for it. After lunch break4.5Hours. At this time, the brain and eyes have different degrees of inertia and fatigue (especially after the technology is changed, the time spent on computers is much longer than before). I made a cup of chrysanthemum tea for myself, put a few bits, which can not only protect your eyes, eliminate fatigue, but also ease the too much greasy lunch.
Evening: Cassia tea
If there is no activity in the evening, I will also bring myself a cup of Cassia tea. I heard from my mother that Cassia is a kind of Chinese medicine with clear eyes and fire. It tastes like barley tea. When reading books, surfing the Internet, playing chess, or playing the guitar at night, you may have a cup of decision-makers.
I used to drink only cold boiled water and began to like tea. Although I don't know what kind of tea, the three cups of tea a day made me feel better. On average, I only spent a few cents a day, but I was happy and healthy :)
