Many people thought: I sent my resume to them and they knew what I was suitable. In fact, this may be irresponsible to you. It is recommended that you write as follows: "apply for a job (subject to the assignment of the company at the same time )". In this way, the Recruitment Unit will know what position you are applying for, and then send your resume to the leaders of the position department, or arrange you for another position.

   3. In the recruitment notices of many enterprises, the expected salary is generally required and must be indicated during delivery.

   When a recruitment company entrusts us to help with recruitment, the applicant must indicate the expected salary, but nearly half of the resumes received do not indicate the salary, which also leads to the loss of the interview opportunity.

   Why Should companies ask everyone to specify the expected salary in the recruitment notice? This is to avoid wasting time on both sides. Because many of the conditions that cannot be discussed are salary issues. For example, if an enterprise finds that a person is very good. After several rounds of interviews, all aspects are very compliant with the company's requirements. During the last round of interviews, the two sides had a big gap, and the company could only generate 1700 yuan, if the number of job seekers is more than 2500, it is a waste of time and complaints from both parties. Therefore, you must specify your expected salary range in your resume. Note that the range is correct. Do not write accurate data.

   It is recommended that you reduce the requirements as appropriate. For example, you can write as follows: the expected salary is more than 1500 yuan, or the expected salary cannot be less than 1500 yuan. In this way, it is elastic.

   4. Do not be humble in your resume.

   Many of our resumes use the following statement: "Please give me an interview ......" And so on.

   In this tone, enterprises are disgusted. Job Hunting and recruitment are essentially a transaction. Both parties are equal. Job hunting is not a beggar, while recruitment is not a charity. Although the current economic crisis makes work hard to find, but we all need to be confident and tell the company with confidence: "I have the ability to do this job well ......".

   5. Do not only generate a hard resume, but make a proper opening remarks.

   Resume delivery is a learning, and details often reflect the practice of a person. When you use an email to deliver your resume, do not open your resume or use the name or contact information ...... Experience, and so on. After opening your resume, you should have a few simple opening remarks. You can just say a few simple words or a few words about your own abilities, just in line with your enterprise requirements, next we will discuss the content of my resume.

   6. You 'd better send a thank-you email or a consulting email.

   I think most people will passively sit and wait for the notification after sending their resumes, but some people may not.
