Troubleshoot archive log modification errors in rac

The archive path of rac is modified. If the archive path is not modified, an error is reported when the server is started today.

ORA-01261: Parameter db_recovery_file_dest destination string cannot be translated

This error is caused by a problem in your parameter file. It is clear that the current parameter file is no longer available.

You can find an init. ora... under the spfie directory. Copy this file to another directory and rename it init. ora.

Startup nomount pfile = '/u01/backup/init. ora ';

Alter database mount;

Alter database open;

Create a new binary parameter file after startup

Create spfile from pfile = '/u01/backup/init. ora ';
