Troubleshoot problems with Windows 7 system programs that are not responding

1. In the computer we first open "start"--> "All Programs" and then we click "Attachment" here to find "Run" point hit open a new window, as shown in the following figure.

2. Then the pop-up run box we enter "regedit" and then click OK, it will go into the system registry.

3. On the left side of the registry we locate in the Hkey_current_usercontrol Paneldesktop, then right-click in the margin of the right window and click New DWORD 32-bit in the pop-up menu as shown in the following figure.

4. Then in the pop-up dialog box we waittokillapptimeout, the value is 0, the base is 16, and then OK
