Notepad defect:

Title: New Notepad only enter "Unicom", save closed and then open, display as garbled

Detailed Description:

Repro steps:

1. Create a new Notepad in which only the "Unicom" two characters are entered

2. Then close the Notepad to save

3. Open the Notepad again

Defect Description: Unicom two characters displayed as garbled

Minesweeper is also a bug.

Title: Use shortcut keys to minimize running minesweeper and then restore with the mouse, the timing stopped.

Detailed Description:

Environment: WIN XP

Repro steps:

1. Open and Run minesweeper (enter Winmine in run)

2. Use the shortcut key win+d to minimize, and then use the mouse to restore
