1. Enter the following content in the address bar:

 

SMB: // windows IP/share folder name. SMB is short for Server Message Block protocol. It is an IBM protocol running on TCP/IP protocol.

Since Windows 95, Microsoft Windows provides SMB protocol support for server and client. Microsoft provides the Internet with the SMB open source version, common Internet File System (CIFS), and common file system.

 

2. Mount the Windows shared folder to a local device.

 

Enter the command Mount-t cifs-O username = "admin", password = "" // 192.168.1.1/login Folder/mnt/myshare in the terminal

Note the space and comma in the command line. You can also leave a blank password.

This command is to mount the shared folder named folder 192.168.1.1 to the local/mnt/myshare folder. After the command is executed, you can see the contents of folder in myshare.

 

Run the following command to delete a mount entry: umount/mnt/myshare.
