Two ways of making traditional WordArt in Word

Word WordArt is a commonly used feature, but sometimes we may need to make some traditional WordArt, and this seemingly simple requirement is not easy to implement because the simplified conversion feature in Word does not work for WordArt. The author after several attempts, summed up two methods, introduced here to everyone.

(Note: The following techniques have been tested in Word 2003 environments)

Method one. Using the third party Chinese character input method to realize

Third-party Chinese character input Method general function is very powerful, take pole Wubi, it has a function of directly outputting traditional characters. The use of the method is very simple, first open the word software, and then click the "Insert" menu → "picture → WordArt" command to enter the Art gallery, select a good art typeface and double-click, enter the WordArt editor as shown in Figure 1.

Then, pull out the pole Wubi input method, right-click on its operator panel, perform the "Output settings" menu → "Output traditional characters" command, and then the normal input method to enter the text you want, at this point, you will find the output in the WordArt editor of the Chinese characters are all traditional characters, as shown in Figure 2. After clicking OK, a beautiful traditional WordArt is done.

"Small hint" this method not only can use in the output WordArt aspect, also may use in the Windows any needs the traditional Chinese character output place, the use scope is more extensive, the disadvantage is to install a new set of characters input method, more suitable for often has the traditional characters output needs the friend to use

Method Two. Using the simplified transformation feature to implement

Although Word's simplified conversion function does not work directly in WordArt, we can also use a workaround. First, open Word software, enter the simplified manuscript "Information Technology", and then select and use the "Simplified conversion" tool in the toolbar to convert them to traditional Chinese characters. As shown in Figure 3

Copy the converted traditional Chinese information technology to the Clipboard, and then follow the steps in the previous example to start the WordArt feature and go to the WordArt editor as shown in Figure 1. Press CTRL + V to paste the traditional characters in the Clipboard into the editor, then click on the "OK" button so that a beautiful traditional WordArt is done again. As shown in Figure 4, the final effect chart

"Small hint" This method uses the narrow scope, only can confine in Word's WordArt output function, but does not need to install other software, the operation is also simpler, generally suitable for temporarily has the traditional Chinese character output needs the friend to use
