Download the ace package first.
After downloading the ace package, decompress the ace package and store the ace_wrappers in the package to the specified directory. Store the ace_wrappers in disk D, that is, D:/ace_wrappers.
Compile and install the SDK before use.
(1) enter the Directory D:/ace_wrappers/ace, add a new file config. h in it, and enter the content in config. h: # include "ACE/config-win32.h ".
(2) Click "run" in the Start menu and enter the command: CMD in the pop-up window to enter the command console.
(3) enter the following command in the command console and execute it. Because my c ++ builder version is 6.0, set bcbver to 6. For details, see your own version:
Set ace_root = D:/ace_wrappers
Set bcbver = 6
(4) After completing (3), go to the ace Directory: D:/ace_wrappers/ace in the command console and run the following command:
Make-F makefile. Bor all
(5) After compilation, four files will be generated under D:/ace_wrappers/lib: ace_ B .dll, ace_ B .lib, ace_qos_ B .dll, and ace_qos_ B .lib.
The following describes how to use ACE in C ++ builder:
(1) ace_ B .dll and ace_qos_ B .dll are usually stored in the executable CB project created by you in the four files compiled previously.ProgramThe other two files, ace_ B .lib and ace_qos_ B .lib, are added to the CB project you created.
(2) On the directories/conditionals attribute page of the project option dialog box popped up in IDE, edit the include path and add the ace Directory D:/ace_wrappers.
(3) compile the project and start the ace journey.
The above is the process of installing the ace package. I would like to thank my friends in the QQ group (Ace-high-end server design) for their help. If there is a better way, please tell me, my QQ: 12400976
