Use brushes and filters to make decadent masking borders

The decadent side effect of the tutorial is produced very classic. The main effect is basically in the channel completed, first with a set of brushes painted with the background, and then with the filter plus decadent effect, and then use the Palette tool to adjust the texture after the decadent texture is basically out. The advantage of using the channel is to use the Palette tool to control the intensity and sharpness of the texture to achieve the desired effect.

1. Open the background material as shown in the following figure.
