Use of Jenkins

1. Jenkins installation

Download the latest war package on the official website of Jenkins (http://jenkins-ci.org/) and put it on Tomcat's WebApps directory, run Tomcat to install

 

2. Jenkins User Configuration

(1) First need to register the user, according to the diagram action

      & nbsp        save

 

(2) After the save is complete, skip to the login screen, you need to register an account first

(3) After this account is registered, the default is an administrator account, then log in to Jenkins, and then the first step is "Allow user registration" unchecked, save.

 

(4) Add a normal user account

             Create a new user.

 

(5)   Normal users should assign different permissions to unused users.

 

 

3. Jenkins plug-in configuration

(1) Plug-in configuration page

System administration  =   Admin plug-ins

(2) Common plugins /p>

Email-ext plugin   : Can send email to specified user

Git client plugin   :  git client Plug-in

p> GIT plugin           :  git plugin

(3) Install plug-ins

Click on the "Optional Plugins" tab and search for related Plug-in for installation.
