Apply manuscript settings to existing documents

First open a Word document that needs to be set up in your manuscript, and then click "Manuscript Settings" in the "manuscript" group under Page layout, when you open the Manuscript Settings dialog box, select the desired manuscript style, set and apply the manuscript style, all text in the document will be aligned with the grid, and the font size will change as appropriate. To ensure that all characters are restricted to the network and displayed, but the original font name and color will not change.

If you need to delete the existing manuscript settings in your document, just open the "Manuscript Setup" dialog box again and select "Non-manuscript document" in the "manuscript style" list to make sure that you can generate a normal Word document.
