Run

Vi ~ /. Vimrc

Add the following content

Set encoding = UTF-8
Set fileencodings = cp936, gb18030, uc-bom, UTF-8, big5, euc-jp, euc-kr, latin1
Set termencoding = UTF-8
Language zh_CN.GB18030

The above configuration can enable and edit the GBK encoding file, but the encoding is not changed during saving.

In fact, we have set the vim editor encoding.
