A former colleague of the author once tried to create a similar paper by using the "Insert Table" method, the following steps are as follows:

  The first step: first input the first line of "xx County XXX Bureau issued manuscript paper", and set a good font, size and color;

  Step Two: run Word 2007, switch to the Insert tab, in the Drop-down list in the text box, select Draw text box to outline the text box (used to design the top section of the upper part of the manuscript) according to the actual proportions, and then according to "Issuer", "Copy unit", "certifying person" , "Draft unit and draft person", "annex", "confidential degree" each text box actual size draws and fills in the content, then adjusts the text the font, the size and the color;

  The third step: according to gourd painting gourd, respectively, draw the description area, the title area of the text box and complete the corresponding text content input;

  Step Fourth: switch to the Insert tab, in the Drop-down list of tables, select Insert Table, and in the dialog box that appears, set the table to insert a 2 row 20 column, select the first row, press Ctrl+d to bring up the Font dialog box, set the text size to fourth, and cancel the If the document grid is defined, the check state of the grid is aligned (Figure 2), and then the cell size is resized so that each cell appears to be a square of the same size and is coincident with the edge of the text box;

  Step Sixth: Select and copy the entire table, place the cursor on the next line of the table, and paste it repeatedly until a continuous square paper is generated.

The written manuscript is printed with a printer, although it does not look much different from the official manuscript. But it has a big drawback is that its square part because it is done by drawing tables, so each cell is actually split, in order to enter text in each cell, you must "a radish a hole." , you cannot copy or cut the entire paragraph or part of the text directly in the cell (body part), so it cannot adapt to modern copy (paste) office requirements ^_^.

I have been brooding for a long time, and have not found a better solution. However, fortunately there is a master's advice, finally used Word 2007 to solve the problem. Here are some specific steps:

Because you can not adjust the font size by cutting it to a paper manuscript, and then select the text box, cut it to the first step of the paper, the first line in the first blank space to paste, and then drag, pan, Adjust the text box until its left and right end line coincide with the left and right edges of the manuscript the upper line and the document of the highest level of the manuscript overlap, the lower line and the manuscript of the third horizontal coincidence (after adjustment if the text does not display center, you can also use the space bar in the text box to move the text center), and then right-click the text box to select "Format Text box", Switch to the color and Line tab in the pop-up dialog box, and pull the Transparency slider under fill to the left end, set transparency to 0% (Figure 4, this is the key point, be sure to note!).
