Step one: In the Tools menu, click the Language editor;

Step Two: In the Language Editor dialog box, click New;

Step Three: In the dialog box that opens, select the Create new language option based on the existing language, then select the language by which the new language is based and click OK;

Step Four: The Language Properties dialog box opens, in this dialog box:

1. Enter the name of the new language.

2. The base language you selected earlier will be displayed in the Source language drop-down list to change the source language.

3. Letters contain the letters of the base language. Click the "..." button to edit the letter.

4. When the program recognizes the text and checks the results, it will use several dictionary-related options:

A, no language will not have a dictionary;

B, built-in dictionary will use the program's built-in dictionary;

C, user dictionary Click Edit (E) ... button to specify a dictionary item, or to import an existing custom dictionary or a text file with windows–1252 encoding (items must be separated by spaces or other non-alphabetic characters);

Note: When you check the spelling of recognized text, the words in the user dictionary are not marked as errors, they may all use lowercase letters or uppercase letters, or may start with uppercase letters.

5. Languages can have several other attributes. Click Advanced (V) ... button to change these properties.

Step Five: Select the language of the document to select the newly created languages.

By default, user groups are saved in the FineReader Documents folder, and you can save all user languages and user modes as a single file. To do this, on the Tools menu, click Options, Open the Options dialog box, click the Read tab, and then click Save to File (S) ... Button.
