Design Effect preview:
1. Create a new file, 300x200 Pixel, resolution 72DPI, white background files.
2. Create a new layer 1, select the Rounded Rectangle tool and pull out the path of a rounded rectangle in the center of the canvas! and converts this path to a selection. Then select the gradient Fill tool and pull out the fade fill in the rectangular selection as shown in (Figure 1).
Figure 1
3. Copy layer 1 to a layer 1 copy. Then go back to layer 1, move the rectangle in Layer 1 vertically down 5-6 pixels, and darken the color to black (Figure 2) with a curve or a light and shade command.
Figure 2
4. Copy the layer 1 copy one more to layer 1 copy 2, return to layer 1 copy, move it vertically up 5-6 pixels, and use the same curve command to deepen the color, deepen to deep gray (Figure 3).
Figure 3 5. Create a new layer 2 above the layer 1 copy 2, then select the Rounded Rectangle tool, pull out a slightly narrower rectangle in the upper half of the original rectangular position, press Ctrl+t when finished, and then hold the transform box on the rectangular path, and then press ctr+shift+ ALT moves any corner of the bottom side of the transform box horizontally to the middle (Figure 4).
Figure 4
6. After you complete the above steps, convert the rectangular path of this transformation to a selection, and then select the Gradient tool to set the color of both shades to white and set the opacity of the lighter end to 0. In this constituency the top and bottom vertical drag (Figure 5).
Figure 5
7. Merge Layer 1, Layer 1 copy, layer 1 copy 2 and Layer 2 into a layer, then execute menu-Filter-Blur-Gaussian blur, Blur 1 pixels (Figure 6).
Figure 6
8. Create a new layer above the merged layer, then select the Rounded Rectangle tool, pull a rectangular path in the middle of the original rectangle, and convert it to a selection, fill it with the original gray gradient, double-click the layer when you are done, and remove the bevel and Emboss options on the pop-up layer style panel, and cancel the global light setting. Both the size and the softening are set to 0, the angle is 50 degrees, the height is 48, the others are invariant (Fig 7).
Figure 7 9. Hold down CTRL and click on this layer to float the selection, then execute the menu-select-Modify-shrink, shrink the selection by 3 pixels, and then press Ctrl+u to reduce the visibility of the image in its constituency (Figure 8).
Figure 8
10. Do not cancel the selection, then perform the menu-select-Modify-shrink, shrink the selection by 2 pixels, and then create a new layer above this layer, as mentioned in the 6th step above, set the simple color the same and drag in the selection (Figure 9).
Figure 9
11. Back to the original merged, layer, copy it as a copy, and below the layer below the level like moving 4-5 pixels, and then back to the layer, double-click the layer with the mouse, in the Layer style panel to select the glow and projection effect, the projection distance set to 10, expand to 10, the size of 15, the other unchanged, Then set the luminous color of the inner glow to white, block to 0, size 8 pixels, and set the contour to the 2nd row 5th style (Figure 10).

12. Now the interface has been completed! To make other modifications and landscaping on top of it, you can play it (Figure 11).
