Using PS filter and brush to make color beam background

The effect chart is composed of two parts, a background beam and a decorative brush. Production is also not complicated. Simply make the desired decorative material and define it as a paintbrush. Final effect

1, first to render a piece of the sky.

2, open PS to create the following files (remember Oh, the background is white).

3, new layer, select the Brush tool set size of 6px 100% hard edge. The foreground color is set to black. Hold down the SHIFT key and move vertically down a straight line.

4, select Filter > Blur > Motion blur, and make the following settings.
