The topic of the remaining courses is to build a professional team. So what is a professional team? I understand that my work should be the subject of the company, but for me, it should be my colleagues who will work on projects in a later lab. Yu spoke vividly and deeply. He divided the process into four parts:

(2) Professional work image: In my summary, for the company, we need to unify the corporate culture, simplify the standards, and strive for refinement; for an individual, you should pay attention to dressing and talking. Dressing depends on the appearance and the meaning of people. One of our classmates is the one who introduced me to this video. He often gave me the impression that he is very professional. It doesn't mean that he has better professional knowledge than everyone else, however, he has always had such an image. He is dressed in an Orthodox fashion, professional, talkative, and highly professional magazine. He has his own opinions on professional knowledge, maybe everyone has their own opinions, but he can express his opinions in a very professional language. I think this is amazing. No matter what you do, this will give you a good first impression and will be happy to work with you.

(3) Professional work attitude: A person must do things well with care; he can do things right with care, and he can do things well with care; at that time, I thought the most and felt the most deeply. It is indeed like this. No matter what the matter is, if you do it with your heart, you will be able to do it well, instead of simply doing it in a conventional way. I have been a student for so many years and I still have a deep understanding in learning. If I am interested in something and feel promising, I will try every means to search for such materials, self-study, self-entertainment, and enjoy it, and there are also a lot of GAINS. In comparison, I feel bored in many undergraduate courses, and I am not very interested. I usually give my teachers a face and give them an explanation, in order to cope with the final test, of course, after the test, these courses are all thrown out of the cloud. It is only a waste of time. This does not mean that we cannot learn these courses well, I just said that we didn't learn it with our heart. Let's take another example. At that time, we had a large number of students enrolled in the postgraduate entrance exam, and the group of students who carried their schoolbags and returned early to the next day were all admitted, however, the comparison between those who stay in the room all day and play with computers is clear-cut. None of them are admitted, and some do not even take the test. This is a careful difference. I hope that I can always remember the four words "do it well "!
