Use vmmare tools to share XP and Linux Files:

Tar-xvzf VMwareTools-6.0.2-59824.tar.gz

CD vmware-tools-distrib // enter the vmware-tools-distrib folder

Vmware-install.pl // execute this file

Restart the VM after execution.

Before starting a Linux system, it is best to change the "CD-ROM" option of "hardware" back to "use a physical drive" and then enter the Linux system, which in the future the virtual machine recognizes the disc, otherwise, the optical drive will not be recognized.

After entering the Linux system, you will find the HGFS folder below in the/mnt folder

Go to the HGFS directory and you will see the shared folder "XP shared folder" under XP"
