Because androidSource codeIt can only be developed in a Linux environment. Therefore, a vmwarevm is installed and a Ubuntu system is installed on the VM (win 7 is the host). To build an android development environment, eclipse and many other software are required, it is inconvenient to download files in the Ubuntu environment, so I thought of downloading files in the Windows 7 environment and obtaining files through sharing on the virtual machine.
The following is a very simple method:
I. Select a file in Ubuntu and right-click it to selectSelect properties to enter the share mode, such:
Select Share this folder. If you have not Installed VMware Tools, it will prompt you to install it, and then select install. After the installation is complete.
Ii. Disable Ubuntu and go
The options Option of the Virtual Machine. Select the Shared Folders option and set it to enabled.
Select always enabled, and then add the folder to be shared on your host below. Remember, this folder should be set as shared on the host. Then select OK.
3. Enable Ubuntu again.
You can find the folder on the shared host under MNT/HGFS. Then you can put the required resources in the shared folder and use them on the VM.
